To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

真心推薦呢間餐廳，海鮮極新鮮，唔加配料，每人賣單唔洗$200，性價比極高👍以粥水作湯底，更能突出海鮮既鮮味。有6款自選配料。只能夠講，肥美鮮甜多汁～好幸福呀！鮑魚都唔錯。鮮蝦有4隻，每人分到2隻。珍珠硯就一般般，新鮮但唔岩我口味，而另一款體型大舊少少既蜆好出色，鮮甜多汁。因為我地唔食蟹，所以要多左份蜆，好滿足呀～黑毛豬夠薄身，輕輕一淥就食得，味道濃郁。魚滑好彈牙，內藏粒粒墨魚，真材實料。準備要煮粥啦！金黃色既粥，味道鮮甜但略嫌稀身左少少。冬瓜茶甜左少少，但可以接受。
