It wasn’t planned, as you know life is like a box of chocolates, you’d never know what you’re gonna get. The restaurant I planned to visit was closed today, so I got a piece of HK-style baked bread from this highly down-to-earth and authentically minimalistic bakery. The scallion and chicken pastry bun caught my eyes, it was huge. I came around 2:45pm and freshly baked bread kept rolling out from their oven! Lucky! I was SO SURPRISED by how buttery, fresh & hot, flaky and delicious it was!!!!!!

I was SO SURPRISED by how buttery, fresh & hot, flaky and delicious it was!!!!!! I haven’t had such a great piece of bread in a while. This is so cheap and extremely delicious!!!!!! I still couldn’t believe the price when I had my first bite. How can it be this good?!?!

The inside was stuffed with a lot of ham & chicken, in a white creamy sauce. It’s authentically HK flavour and let me repeat: it’s SO DELICIOUS! I want to have another piece now by looking at the photos. This bakery is a true hidden gem, I was honestly amazed, looks like only the locals who live nearby know how good their baked goods are.
