To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期一在銅鑼灣工作,收工已經九點多 好肚餓,獨個兒四處找東西吃 蕩蕩下來到京都廣場附近 見到大快活,於是就來這裡 去到成間店得一枱客 轉過頭來都走埋 成日都好想食香口東西 叫咗鐵板牛扒拼雞肉腸 坐一陣見到廚部櫃面有一盆食物 不用多講都無其他客,一定是我 自取到坐位仍然熱騰騰 立即切牛扒先,不過太熟了 十成熟有多但是牛扒有奄過 十分之淋,配合黑椒汁都惹味 其他有翠肉瓜十分薄,濃到痴住鐵板 而且濃到苦薯蓉都好香 雞肉腸外皮幾爽可惜肉質麻麻 冰冷大可樂認真可口 自己一個食完,都無客人再來 走果陣未夠十點半 點解銅鑼灣區呢個時間咁靜
