To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

做燒味黎講真係小學雞都不如,港式燒味由細食到大,鋪面間間都差唔多就唔講,講服務先,應該唔駛講根本無服務,叫極唔應,串過碼頭個批。講食物,就必須睇個師傅掂唔掂啦!人地做燒味做到賣相同碟頭攞位都整齊吸引,可惜今日得見六國大封相咁,見到都已經扣一半分,到食物,一碟乳豬拼燒鵝飯,乳豬件還可以但唔鬼俾醬,燒鵝全部係皮同骨,有肉個兩件可惜是臘鴨味,應該係放了很久的,硬身無肉感,無味,難食。五十五元碟飯老實講一定唔會再傷害自己囉。人地話做左咁多年燒味的店一定有返咁上下,如果班師傅阿姐收錢同老板唔係個種以為食老本可以一世不求進步的店就係嘅。眾觀環境,服務,食物,賣相各方面都做得咁出色的老店真係香港唔多了。希望他們會進步吧!
