To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說尋日去Apple Store攞嘢，之後去咗對面店舖買咗特制手機殼。在等候兼未有得拎之際，我去咗千両度食嘢。我叫咗串燒牛舌、串燒雞腎、特選壽司併盤(十件)、抹茶雪糕糯米糍。串燒牛舌同串燒雞腎，兩樣好有炭燒味，點埋佢地嘅醬(柚子、海鹽、靑辣椒混合而成)又出奇地夾特選壽司併盤，件件都好新鮮，點埋佢嘅生磨wasabi，好match😊至於個抹茶雪糕糯米糍，抹茶味好濃同好甘，食嗰時都有d呢hea🤣🤣🤣。究竟係用匙羹食咗個抹茶雪糕先，之後再食糯米皮？定係將兩邊嘅糯米皮包住個雪糕，再用拮住黎食呢？
