To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

母親節果日同阿媽去德福千両食魚生慶祝母親節，阿媽食到咀唎唎，唔夠幾日阿媽又叫我帶佢去千両食壽司，好啦，襯今晚收早唔洗OT一於帶佢去又一城分店食壽司🍣😋。我地兩個叫左一盤千両特盛壽司拼盤，同埋鱈魚魚鮫⋯⋯千両特盛壽司🍣 - 先講壽司飯、軟綿綿，微微暖，珍珠米粒粒分明但唔會鬆散。最好食就係果件拖羅腩，入口即溶，魚油係口腔爆發，真係好甘香；帶子都好厚肉鮮甜；但其他就冇咁出色，好一般，但阿媽都話好食過板長😋。鱈魚魚鮫 - 非常滑，超級好食，近骨位置魚油更甘香，比啲檸檬汁，更加提鮮😋⋯⋯呢餐阿媽食完都好滿意，下次再帶佢去千両其他分店食下😋
