To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友嚟食壽司，朋友最鐘意食雞翼串燒一嚟就叫左兩蝶雞翼係全翼燒😍之後點了鹽燒雞肉，有點過咸其餘仲叫左五點子，有五種壽司的配搭還叫了兩大蝶刺身：有中蝦及三文魚都是好新鮮鮮味！不過啲蝦就唔係大蝦，有點失望至於魚生就好新鮮最後有點雪糕🍦心太軟同加啡杯兩個賣相都吸引，水準都是幾不錯呢

都是好新鮮鮮味！不過啲蝦就唔係大蝦，有點失望
至於魚生就好新鮮


最後有點雪糕🍦心太軟同加啡杯
兩個賣相都吸引，水準都是幾不錯呢
