To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由細就鍾意食魚生，記得5-6年前，偶然去食千兩，俾巨型帶子嚇到，真係好味又鮮甜.同日本壽司可以媲美一路以來都支持千兩，我覺得板x同元x壽司真係好一般，完全沒有壽司的鮮同精緻，千兩的壽司雖然價錢略貴小小，但絕對物有所值.如果你不想去太高端餐廳，又想食到有質素的壽司，千兩絕對係不二選擇.食左咁多次千兩，出來未試過lunch set，今日就試下佢，兩個人分別叫左一個魚生飯128元同壽司拼盤.魚生飯，份量足，有兩隻大蝦很新鮮，肉質很彈呀.米飯醋味岩岩好，仲有配送味增湯.lunch set 有九件壽司108元本以為大食嘅我會食唔飽，結果食完好滿足. 配上蝦頭先味增湯，仲有沙律可以解膩.
