今日我去咗荃灣一間日式小店,呢間店嘅餐牌簡單易明,分為冷菜同熱菜,非常方便選擇。我哋決定揀三個熱菜同一個冷菜99蚊!首先,冷菜方面我哋揀咗口魚秋葵伴柚子醋櫻花蝦,呢道菜一上嚟就令人眼前一亮。口魚新鮮得嚟,肉質滑嫩,搭配上清新嘅秋葵同櫻花蝦,味道好清爽,係一個好開胃嘅前菜!熱菜方面,我哋叫咗大阪燒風豆腐餅,呢個豆腐餅外脆內嫩,味道香濃,配上特製嘅醬油,每一口都充滿咗豆腐嘅鮮味!第二道熱菜係安格斯牛櫛瓜卷,配自製洋蔥蘋果醬,呢個組合真係好特別!牛肉滑嫩,櫛瓜清脆,搭配上酸甜嘅洋蔥蘋果醬,味道層次豐富!第三道熱菜我哋叫咗自家手打黑松露烏賊堡,呢個係好吸引,外層炸得金黃酥脆,裡面嘅烏賊肉質鮮甜,仲可以感受到黑松露嘅香氣,真係好過癮!而且我哋仲升級咗白飯,轉咗日本蛋加上醬油,呢個配搭真係令整個餐點更加完美,蛋香味濃郁,飯粒粒分明,搭配埋一齊食,真係無得輸。飲品方面,我叫咗水蜜桃梳打,配上豆腐雪糕,飲落去清新又解渴,水蜜桃嘅香甜味一流,配合豆腐雪糕嘅滑順,完全無違和感!最後,甜品方面我哋點咗出邊好少見嘅千層調色板,揀咗雙拼,有伯爵吉士配麻糬肉鬆同抹茶吉士配麻糬。千層蛋糕層次分明,口感輕盈,伯爵吉士
