明明冇乜人,唔俾坐四人枱,指定我哋坐最出嗰張二人枱,唔通因為覺得我哋兩人只食一件炸多士而睇唔起我哋。最後,由我哋坐低到走人都再冇客人入嚟。

叫咗套餐後,都識自動俾碟叉我哋share食。

最後,咁啱佢哋嘅老闆喺收銀個位,我哋又有嘢問佢,佢就同我哋講聲冬至快樂,同叫我哋坐耐啲。但唔坐啦,要人坐呢啲位。

幾個女仔聚埋喺間嘢中間傾偈冇問題,因唔影響服務,但對話內容都幾不雅,可唔可以用“大便”兩個字,而唔講“痾X”?尤其是係食肆,客人面前講,其實講“大便”都已經唔應該,客人係食梗嘢㗎,有冇理客人嘅感受?

飲品方面,我叫咗水蜜桃梳打,配上豆腐雪糕,飲落去清新又解渴,水蜜桃嘅香甜味一流,配合豆腐雪糕嘅滑順,完全無違和感!

最後,甜品方面我哋點咗出邊好少見嘅千層調色板,揀咗雙拼,有伯爵吉士配麻糬肉鬆同抹茶吉士配麻糬。千層蛋糕層次分明,口感輕盈,伯爵吉士帶有淡淡茶香,搭配麻糬肉鬆,真係意想不到嘅搭配,超好味!而抹茶吉士更加香濃,麻糬嘅Q感又為整個甜品增添咗趣味,真係一個完美嘅結尾!

入面嘅墨魚非常彈牙,食食下口腔仲會散發出淡淡黑松露味,旁邊仲有沙律醬可以點嚟食,沙律醬入面都有黑松露,幾好食!

2.秘製Masala雞(9/10)
雞肉肉質鮮嫩,仲用咗多種香料製成嘅醬汁,加埋有粟米粒食落去甜甜地!

3.左口魚秋葵伴柚子醋櫻花蝦(+$20)(9.5/10)
超欣賞呢碟菜式,平時見到秋葵一定唔揀佢,秋葵平時咬落好似食緊鼻涕咁,但呢度嘅秋葵滑潺潺感覺無咗,原來秋葵切一粒粒好味好多,再加埋入面有左口魚嘅魚油香,上面仲鋪滿咗櫻花蝦,令到呢碟菜式鮮味十足,唔鍾意食秋葵嘅你快d過嚟試下啦,真係好掂!

4.南瓜沙律配蘋果青瓜堅果(8.5/10)
南瓜蓉非常多,食落好香,配埋蘋果青瓜堅果更有口感,唔錯!

5.大馬士革綠茶(凍)(10/10)
綠茶味香濃,好飲!

最後仲有一碗珍珠米嘅飯同一碗雜菜忌廉湯!

6.油治及輕忌廉伴芭菲及雪糕套餐(栗子鮮奶麻薯+綠茶雪糕)$106(10/10)
呢個甜品老闆娘介紹我食栗子鮮奶麻薯,我好榮幸做到第一位食栗子鮮奶麻薯味,淡淡栗子味,炸麵包入面仲加咗麻薯,麻薯仲可以拉到少少絲,不過好快就斷咗,炸麵包唔油,之後再食忌廉伴芭菲,芭菲杯入面除咗有焦糖香蕉之外,仲有好多水果,例如有藍莓、提子同士多啤梨等,最底層就係忌廉,最後再食埋綠茶雪糕,綠茶味好香濃,雪糕仲係香港製造添,食得更放心!
