To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

住附近多年，一直沒有衝動光顧此店，是因為"魚湯"二字。曾經多次因魚湯中招，吞下碎魚骨，因此對魚湯特別欠好感。這天因友人抱恙，建議來這吃口粥，不敢不從。朋友要了皮蛋瘦肉粥、我要了豬膶牛肉粥、"馳名"皮蛋咸肉糭。(店內貼了很多雜誌介紹有多"馳名"，又說是限量發售云云，總起了一點催眠作用，不得不試) 皮蛋瘦肉粥﹕友人形容皮蛋很有"千年味"，我本來不明白她在說什麼。於是試了一小口......真的很有"千年味"，good 呀! 欲知 "千年味" 是什麼味，請移玉步親身試試，只可意會不可言傳。 豬膶牛肉粥﹕粥本來友人那碗一樣綿的，但愈吃愈"水"，或許是豬膶的關係? 豬膶質感不錯，牛肉也很滑。 馳名皮蛋咸肉糭﹕老實說，是合格，但無什麼特別嘛......是我不懂欣賞吧?! 而看看餐牌寫著馳名水晶梘水糭，每天限售十隻，那時候是下午二時了，見旁邊的叔叔點的時候仍有得供應......可以再來。
