To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

千祈唔好再被張六折coupon騙了去

為慶祝週年紀念日，特別搜尋一些抵吃自助餐，之前有想過試下香港仔新開的南灣酒店，但原價四百幾七折後都要三百幾，上網見到富豪香港有六折coupon，折後只是二百幾，便棄南灣選富豪，點知卻是後悔不已。之前都有上openrice看過食評，都係差多過好，但見富豪話新裝修後的新buffet，便想睇下佢係咪真係咁差，點知一如danmok1974師兄所言，真是「近年食過最差啲晚餐自助餐」，我去都會海逸食下午茶自助餐，食物選擇都多過富豪晚餐兩倍有多！食物選擇：1.冷盤：三文魚魚生好味、蟹腳有點兒過咸、青口我本身麻麻地2.沙律吧：已佔了四分一個主餐枱3.麵檔：無理由黎自助餐淥過魚蛋麵食卦？4.鐵板燒：雞翼一早燒定擺o係度，牛柳粒超「un」難咬，無其他食物了！5.焗蠔：唯一叫做特色d的食物，有幾款唔同汁焗，次次一出爐我都每款拿兩隻，但係d蠔好細隻，一點都唔肥美！6.咖喱：超咸、牛肉超「un」7.手卷：有好多好的魚生都在這裡，如帶子、甜蝦、北寄貝等，可惜有人負責整，唔咁問佢拿太多。8.日式冷麵：無食過9.熱盤：燎燎可數唔夠十款，仲要唔好味！10.甜品：我最重視的一環，卻沒有驚喜，無野特別好食，梳乎里太濕，好似

咁貴o既buffet，竟然連任飲都要加錢，$38任飲汽水、凍cappucino等，不想加錢只有等飯後餐飲一杯！

總括而言，甚後悔無聽師兄講，被那張COUPON騙了去，還浪費了我一個週年紀念日晚餐！我真係未見過咁少野食的自助晚餐，仲要係三百幾蚊，我見到好多人好快已經攻甜品，因為無乜熱薰食，雪糕仲要係Dreyer's咁cheap，如果係Haagendazz或Movenpic都話食雪糕抵番丫！奉勸各位未去的，千祈唔好再被張coupon騙了去，唔係棧後悔！我就係人板了！


P.S. 但係都唔明點解仲咁多人去，全場滿座，仲好嘈添，可能係d自由行啦
