今天又入到元朗去尋美食,朋友們大多喜歡吃日式放提, 咁就在教育路,西裕街一帶尋尋覓覓!見到一間叫千賀水產,今期做磯燒放提,二話不說就入去開餐!跟一般吃日式放提餐廳做法差不多,在分門别類的order紙上揀選自己喜歡吃的食物便有waiter送上!首先餐廳就先奉上今次主题食物!天婦羅 - 食日本嘢,除咗食刺身外,一定要食Tempura 如果餐廳師傅工夫好,應該可以吃到好的天婦羅,今次有海老,番薯..等都同樣炸得外脆和保存到食材的自然質素!good!
