今晚又去咗喜聚坊晚飯,今次叫咗兩餸一湯,無味精老火例湯係一向好評,不用多說,今次想評論嘅係兩個新菜式,冠軍作係「千遇味分中蝦脆脆米」堅好食!!大家自己睇相啦,好幼嘅米粉軟身又脆口,d蝦剪曬腳,卜卜脆,連蝦殼都食得,個汁有d似千層脆個汁,有金華火腿味,正!另一個值得推介嘅喺新鮮鵝腸,好惹味!d鵝腸洗得好干淨,仲每段打一個結,好用心,也許出色的廚師都要用心,同埋對食物有種執著先會煮到出色嘅菜式,今次呢兩個小菜好有驚喜!
