糕點晶瑩結實,用料簡單但慷慨。滿佈桂花及杞子,清淡微甜, 多食而不覺膩。


點心點心,顧名思義就係點心師傅對客人一點心意,舖頭門庭若市全因師傅喺每樣出品上加一點專注同尊重,魔鬼隱藏在細節,只要基本功紮實,毋需刻意求變嘩眾取寵,學食神話齋,煮食之道全憑一個「心」字,添好運做到咗,而我,亦到感受到。
