茶餐廳平時就食得多,但唔知有冇試過香港新式嘅茶餐廳呢? 而家多咗咁多國家嘅美食之後雖然茶餐廳呢亦都係香港最本土嘅特色但係與此同時將香港菜融合其他菜一齊推出嘅話其實都係一個新式茶餐廳嘅風範😁就好似今次喺茶餐廳2.0呢一度就食咗既有香港未亦都有西方味嘅菜首先要推介嘅就係燒春雞配薯條,春雞就係只比較細個年輕嘅雞所以體型上佢哋係會比正常一隻雞細隻好多,但肉質水就一定係嫩滑好多。喺西餐都經常會見到呢一個菜式所以今次喺茶餐廳呢一度都可以遇見到亦都係一個幾surprise嘅意外。雖然並非正宗西餐廳但處理完隻家禽類嘅手法都的確幾突出另外亦都要特別介紹薯條係採用長方形嘅粗切薯條就唔似我哋喺傳統茶餐廳食到嘅扭紋薯條,兩者都的確係有幾明顯嘅分別因為樓文薯條嘅質感會比較軟身但呢一個粗切薯條炸完之後真係做到外脆嘅感覺, 最重要都係新鮮即炸。講返香港嘅經典點可以缺少奶油豬,雖然每一間茶餐廳嘅奶油豬睇落都大同小異但其實如果再仔細啲咁樣去品評嘅話其實都係有少少嘅差別。 撇除牛油同埋煉奶唔比較,呢一間嘅奶油豬所採用嘅就係軟身質地嘅包,咁就有個好處就係容易啲吸收牛油同埋煉奶,如果唔係感覺上就只係有兩層嘅嘢而唔係融為一體嘅

最後當然唔可以缺少甜品啦所以都叫咗個心太軟配雪糕。真係估唔到係一間茶餐廳都可以食到西式嘅甜品。真係唔可以睇小呢一間茶餐廳嘅實力,心太軟經過20分鐘之後居然可以呈現一個完美嘅形態,上面搭配雲呢拿雪糕除咗可以令到外層嘅心態遠盡快散熱之外亦都可以將用咗嘅雪糕連埋心太軟一齊食就多咗一層味就唔會剩係得朱古力嘅味👍🏼👍🏼

雖然呢一間並非最傳統嘅茶餐廳但係佢裏面亦都包含晒茶餐廳應該有嘅元素, 然後再結合其他國家嘅美食而形成一個全新嘅茶餐廳餐單,2.0相信就係進化咗嘅意思😏
