To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有幾款甜點都用上時令水果🍓襯返夏天,除咗香蕉拖肥泡芙比較死甜同唔鬆化,味道唔太啱我口味之外,其他款式都唔錯,唔會有邊款伏。雜莓蛋糕有唔少berries酸酸地幾開胃;榛子朱古力蛋糕口感脆卜卜,雖然有榛子醬但唔會太甜,食到好濃郁dark chocolate味;雙重芝士忌廉蛋糕幾軟滑;熱情果啫喱就酸甜醒胃,食食下甜點再食呢個就可以解膩。

鹹點普遍比甜點更好食😋😋芒果咖喱雞肉帶微微香料香味;燒牛肉三文治用上辣根吊味;橄欖形狀嘅虎蝦撻好似分子料理咁😆酸酸咪咪,食到彈牙嘅蝦肉粒;番茄撻都係酸酸地幾清新;腸仔卷酥皮酥脆,配上鹹香腸仔幾好食。

呢度最signature當然係任食counter😍師傅密密整窩夫同crepe,配新鮮水果同超多款口味自家製雪糕食。窩夫軟熟,不過唔夠蛋香;雪糕🍨就幾好食😋試咗薑糖味、creme brulee、朱古力同煙肉花生醬雪糕,薑糖好重薑味但唔會嗆喉👍🏻;花生醬味好濃郁,但唔係太食到煙肉粒;朱古力都好rich唔太甜😛😛;creme brulee就一般。仲有好多其他口味不過試唔到咁多啦🤣
