To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 十二月十三日 (星期四)種種原因,架架仔是日邀請了同事來作一午膳二人行,就點了最基本的兩款,刺身和壽司定食先說一說同事的刺身,我沒有吃,但眼見厚切的刺身已令人興奮三文魚,鱆紅魚,魚油豐腴聽同事說,唯一未滿足的,是甜蝦,肉質稍嫌不夠滑身架架仔的壽司定食,每片魚生也很鮮美師傅手握壽司的功夫也十分純熟,軟硬度剛好,就算用筷子夾起也不會散,入口又不覺硬無論如何,與刺身比較,還是略遜一籌~價錢,就算以中環來說,是屬於中高檔次勝在以質取勝,找一天,要與架架妹來一趟!
