To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日下晝食「唔落味精」系列既「粉絲蒸水蛋」同「薯仔炆雞球」,質素差到嚇死人「粉絲蒸水蛋」:蒸水蛋好似好簡單,但蒸得好唔好睇、好唔好食又係另一回事。喱度D蒸水蛋係蒸到成碟都係一個個氣泡做成既窿仔,好肉酸,仲要係被一大灘水浸住,D蛋又冇味。「薯仔炆雞球」:唔好得幾多!薯仔煮到溶曬,一夾就散開~雞球就係一塊塊冇骨既雞肉,雪到紅曬一D味都冇,肉質好梅。怪唔之lee間野咁少人食野~貴又貴過人,質素又差過茶餐廳,食物質素同對面商場既大家樂簡直係天淵之別。
