曜既師傅真係匠心獨運,每次都食到我驚喜連連,今次去食午市定食,又係好正花膠雞湯果凍:雞湯被凝固成果凍,入面放咗花膠碎,另外配上酸汁幾開胃魚湯:好濃郁既魚味,用兩款唔同嘅魚熬製而成茶碗蒸:上面鋪咗少少大閘蟹嘅蟹黃調味,伴松葉蟹丶毛蟹蟹肉,各種蟹肉味道互相平衡,另外有栗子蓉鋪底和牛丼飯:簡單用洋蔥同和牛一齊炒,調味幾濃郁,和牛嘅油脂同埋香味滲入白飯刺身定食:中拖羅、深海池魚、鯖魚、劍魚腩丶蝦丶八角魚包海膽,刺身新鮮,深海池魚嘅味特別香濃,中拖羅略有油脂,我最鍾意就梗係海膽,由於八角魚比較清甜,所以都唔會搶走海膽嘅味道,反而有一個平衡
