記得幾年前都黎食過一次,果次印象好深刻,因為有燒湯圓,所以係我記憶中呢間日式燒肉店都會玩下啲新穎野,上次黎食中午,今次都係午市、晚市任食放題同價   $298+10% (星期五至日及公眾假期)任食時間為110分鐘,係用電子下單既方式,唔洗下下叫店員過黎,亦都環保慳好多紙有啲可以比錢追加,唔包飲品,而任食既食物種類分為刺身、小食、野菜類、燒物類、海鮮類、炸物以及壽司。有教你點燒一開首當然係先食凍盤,由前菜、刺身同壽司開始食沙律分別點左個伊賀沙律同蟹籽沙律,前者仲有三文魚係入面,後者就好多蟹柳絲,兩者做頭盤幾清新!凍盤食螺肉同辣八爪魚是常識吧?真係學生時期既回憶,每次食冷麵都必點,係呢搵返學生時期既味道刺身款式唔係好多,有9款左右,三文魚比較一般;帶子好薄切,但都幾滑身;甜蝦有幾隻都唔新鮮,蝦頭有點發黑;北寄貝就正正常常。刺身質素比較遜色壽司款式就多返啲,都有十幾款。試左火灸牛拖羅、火灸三文魚、三文魚加洲卷、海之卷、櫻花蝦等等。我就比較中意食三文魚加洲卷同海之卷,入面卷左青瓜、甜蛋,食落更有口感。炸物都好多款選擇,果然有幾款都好新穎LOL,例如炸榴槤、烤香蕉、炸雙皮奶卷、娘惹山藥、唐揚草莓

都好多款選擇,果然有幾款都好新穎LOL,例如炸榴槤、烤香蕉、炸雙皮奶卷、娘惹山藥、唐揚草莓雪球等等
。我咁中意試新野當然全部試哂,估唔到烤香蕉又幾食,娘惹山藥都好香口,但唐揚草莓雪球就真係唔洗試,好奇怪,而我食得最多既係炸香芋丸!呢個真係好食
,佢唔止炸粉咁簡單,中間仲有層金黃色既野,口感煙韌,有啲似地瓜粉,而內裡既香芋都好鮮甜,食左4、5件

野菜方面,點左牛油金茹、牛油粟米、腿茹、翠玉瓜、南瓜等等。牛油金茹、牛油粟米係用一個迷你鋁紙兜上,可以直接放上燒爐燒,點個幾貼心,而腿茹食落好煙韌,野菜類都幾合我胃口

之後就到主角燒肉!有好多選擇,牛、豬、雞都有得揀,牛係燒肉不可或缺既一個重要主角!而漬壺牛就叫左好幾次!本身已經醃左味,而燒完之後牛肉唔會好乾好老,仲係幾嫰口,咁多款選擇呢款最得我心。另外,仲有一口牛、牛舌,前者都冇渣,後者就一般。仲有雞翼、五花叉燒、一口豬、豬頸肉等等,大部份都係已經醃製左,所以食落都好多味,唔洗點醬汁都得。

又係放係迷你鋁紙兜,好搞笑,原來係生蛋液同埋一塊鰻魚,好似韓式燒蛋邊咁等佢自己凝固,食落就甜甜地咁

係我叫得最多既類別,因為有青口!!仲要係牛油青口,隻隻都大大隻,仲可以ORDER一份蒜蓉,放啲蒜蓉上去燒等佢更加香,當然自己要控制好火喉,唔係既話燒得太耐就會韌,而燒得岩岩好既話青口都好彈牙帶汁!另外虎蝦亦都唔錯,同樣隻隻都好大隻,帆立貝就正正常常


整體而言,可能因為有海鮮類所以比較貴?因為以午市而言$298再加一真係有啲貴,同埋係冇包野飲,如果想任飲無酒精飲品都要再加$30/人,但環境都唔差,座位寬敞~
