To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午市時間同朋友大約11點40分到達，當時見有員工正在食飯，舖面只得一、兩人在工作。我們等侯安排入座、等人來落柯打；到12點05分落左單了，又再等左20分鐘食物還未到，就同個收銀講轉頭得閒先麻煩幫我地催一催食物，她的回覆話唔夠人手冇得催。。譚仔食物唔算貴但又未至於好平，餐牌加餸選擇少，味道一般又未好味到要嘥咁多時間等住食它的，仲要加上冇招呼。而且米線店成行成市，下次一定不會再幫襯，因為更好食的米線店有大把選擇。
