見到朋友post instagram 去左華小食壽喜燒,即刻心郁郁去食,因為疫情關係已經3年無得去日本,以前去親日本都必定會食壽喜燒,無論食材同醬汁都配合得天衣無縫,唔係一般shabu shabu 既味道朋友試完話好食,就閒日趁人少少去華小食個午餐,order 我最愛既壽喜燒。點知一上枱都幾失望,係一鑊熟咁俾我,而唔係傳統壽喜燒一開始要用肥膏擦鍋,再燒和牛,再加醬汁呢個process, 完全失去左壽喜燒既精髓。問返朋友,佢係食晚市,可能晚市先有呢個排場,午市令個價錢都唔同,雖然係一鑊熟,但味道同質素都係好食既
