今日同朋友嚟咗景色醉人位於亨環.天后24樓嘅宴. 鐵板燒吃了一頓豐富嘅午餐。食得好開心同埋滿意。鐵板燒師傅好細心咁向我哋解說每一道菜嘅來源同埋烹調方法,用料上乘,性價比高,味道一流!前菜係兵庫縣嘅螢光魷魚,師傅用日本麵豉醬烹調,冰冰凍凍,口感特別又清新。我們好欣賞佢嘅刺身,係真鯛和油甘魚,好鮮甜美味!尤其真鯛掃上了一層薄薄嘅白松露汁,而且灑上一片片雪白嘅真雪鹽,齒頰留香🥰。壽司就係用上左深海池魚同埋小池魚,兩款壽司,口感各有不同,別具風味!廚師用沙巴虎蝦頭的膏造成一個美味嘅醬汁跟蝦肉一起烹調,真係好鮮甜,好好味!蝦肉係比較爽嘅,可以同啲蝦膏汁一齊食或者分開食,吃出不同嘅層次。香煎鵝肝拌藍莓醬係一個令我比較印象深刻而且特別欣賞嘅菜式。香煎嘅鵝肝醬跟多士一起食,配以黑醋藍莓汁,熱熱的好夾味。擺盤嘅黑豆精美,黑豆係用日本甘露煮嘅,煙煙韌韌,好特別。巧手廚師嘅烹調下,吃到美味新鮮又精心配搭嘅菜式,加上餐廳嘅環境舒適,景色怡人,我們今天享受了一頓很豐富嘅午餐😍🥂
