新開酒樓同屋企人嚟試吓下午茶,中式酒樓嚟講啲茶杯透明幾特別,有隔熱層唔怕焫親手。同埋呢度啲茶葉幾好飲落去都幾順口。講返嘢食先,啲點心總體嚟講都唔算濃厚,可能新開張都需要有啲適應期。帶咗個叉燒配生麵,唔好諗住下午茶Hea,佢啲叉燒件數都幾足,同埋唔會硬柴柴。腸粉都順滑但厚左少少,不過值得讚係佢個白花釀尖椒,用物魚滑鹽唔係用鯪魚肉食落去雖然係淡啲,但係就幾彈牙。野菌餃同蝦餃個皮都夠薄。另外個斑斕椰汁糕青青地幾好食個椰汁糕中間仲有椰子肉碎有啲咬口。係個魚皮就孤寒咗少少太碎冇乜口感。好彩魷魚鬚係我鍾意嗰種薄粉漿嘅口感。乾炒牛河都好有鑊氣,不過就係好似唔記得咗落鹽咁。不過整體嚟講呢餐下午茶都相當滿意。
