將軍澳中心經過兩年大翻新後,新的食肆陸續登場,今午來到其中一間剛開張的泰國餐廳‘Butterfly Pea’。此店的環境尚算不錯,價錢走大衆化路線,更推出亷價午市套餐。我們㨂了兩款午市套餐,包括泰式豬頸肉撈檬和泰式干炒牛河。豬頸肉撈檬都算不錯的選擇,肉質嫩滑不黏牙,加上酸甜汁,味道還算可以。至於干炒牛河,本來賣相不錯,但師傅似乎手重,落了太多鼓油,鹹味太重,破壞了整碟干炒牛河的味道,希望日後有所改善。
