今日去一間由名人構思及設計的唐人館食午餐。由於點心選擇唔多,最後我哋揀咗午市套餐。我哋三個人份量要加$298。普通湯料煲得好濃。餡料切得很碎,味道適中,勝在炸得很脆,唔會一口油。每人一份。燒賣同一般無太大分別,但調味很好,一小片羊肚菌只是裝飾吧!上素餃是用菇類、菜做餡,晶瑩通透,有口感。蝦球爽口,辣辣哋,加埋醬汁最普通的一碟餸,有沙爹味,但牛肉有啲硬,菜心好似未熟。好足料,但唔夠鑊氣,淡淡哋,唔油。豆腐滑,細細冬菇和白菜墊底。香滑唔太甜套餐菜式普通,份量偏少,大食的人未必夠飽。除咗裝修靚之外,侍應不算殷勤、不算好有禮貌。服務同食物價錢唔成正比
