Japanese Roast Meat Food Wise Eateries

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

💬 今日lunch time嚟試吓呢間日式燒肉，聲稱喺北海道開自家農場，專養「未來牛」嘅優質牛牛，但我冇留意叫咗美國牛肋肉同澳洲橫隔膜肉🤡😂😂😂.午市定食，我叫呢個$148 有前菜、沙律、湯、牛肋肉5片、橫隔膜肉3片同埋甜品雪米糍。.牛肋肉好彈好有咬口！😳 橫隔膜肉淋啲，但個口感都係好好，而且好有牛味🐮 啲牛其實ok，反而想評個飯😹 佢唔係嗰種粒粒分明嘅飯，而係偏濕，有少少一舊舊🥲 不過最後粒雪米糍都幾好食🤭 個糯米皮好煙韌，入面嘅雪糕好香奶味同好滑👍🏻.整體嚟講唔錯，lunch time唔駛等位(不過都坐滿8成左右)，重點係食完都仲有啲時間可以返公司瞓陣覺🤣 (平時帶飯日日都要瞓晏覺👉🏻👈🏻) 下次有機會再試吓未來牛😙.
