To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

年頭食好d,跟上司簡便 lunch meeting,就來了元氣,$78有烏冬、刺身、壽司、蒸蛋、湯/汽水,係茶記都要$42的年頭,已經不算貴,因為機械式的製作,出菜都好快,但食落會發覺無論刺身、火灸壽司和普通壽司都是蝦蝦蝦,至少吃了四五隻,都算慳水慳力慳功夫。見餐牌是冷烏冬的,最後來了熱湯烏冬,更好,烏冬好彈牙,份量都唔少,一個套餐男士們都吃得飽。特別一讚蒸蛋保溫能力強,放到最後吃都要吹一吹先放入口,而且內裡材料特多,蟹柳、鳴門卷、鮮菇等,吃了壽司刺身,最後吃碗蒸蛋暖胃,再喝麵豉湯,偶然來一次也不錯,至少不用常到加太賀
