自己在pad上選取,一人一鍋先選湯底:沙爹、鮮牛骨、麻辣、青花椒選了沙爹湯底,非常濃郁的沙爹味,喜濃味的人會覺適合的。鮮牛骨湯底,可吃到食物的原味。麻辣湯底,唔算太辣,比沙爹湯清些,但比鮮牛骨湯底鹹些。固定配料有:娃娃菜、白蘿白、金菇、蜂巢豆腐:吸盡湯汁來吃很好味。份量都不少。其他:麻辣、青花椒湯底仲有鴨血、麻辣小籠包:是魚蛋外層內有麻辣味肉餡等配料。沙爹、鮮牛骨湯底就有牛丸芝士小籠包等配料2.肉類:本地黑豚梅花肉,牛肉有:牛駝峰、安格斯橫隔肌、滑尾龍每鍋有4片肉選了牛駝峰,雪花牛肉安格斯橫隔肌,牛味多些滑尾龍,似滑牛肉3.飯或烏冬大家都選烏冬,扁身烏冬,滾極都唔會變糊狀。成個火鍋份量不少。
