午•席前壽喜燒 (JP Wagyu Sukiyaki, $580)有前菜、茶碗蒸、三個唔同部位嘅和牛肉片、日本野菜同其他主食甜品等等。前菜同茶碗蒸味道唔錯,喺食壽喜燒之前,師傅畀咗3款配料:蘭王雞、芥末、柚子胡椒醬、蘿蔔蓉仲有好少見嘅雲朵蛋!依度係用關東風去烹調,經過講解即係只會用自家調製嘅壽喜醬汁同水去煮,優點係可以盡量保留食材原味道,同時唔會愈食愈濃味。宮崎牛肉眼同京都姬牛肩肉油脂感豐富、油脂比例參半,口感極嫩;宮崎牛西冷肉味更濃、更有咬口。撈埋雞蛋口感會更有層次。店家仲調配咗雲朵蛋去配合和牛,甜甜哋之餘又食到好特別嘅綿密口感。野菜以同樣烹調方法處理,所以好入味。加埋其他主食同甜品,非常之飽肚同滿足!
