To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午餐時份行過綠陽坊忽然好想食壽司，這兒好熱鬧，要稍為等位才可進入，看著外面的推介有個午餐之選好似好合口味。極上元氣刺身丼配雜錦天婦羅定食($88）好豐富，有個超嫩滑的海鮮茶碗蒸，蛋幼滑有蛋香配上蝦肉等很美味，這個產品是大人和小朋友也會喜歡的。炸物有三件，其中有一件是爆汁的生蠔，炸物熱辣辣，唔會好油膩。魚生刺身丼鋪滿整碗丼，二隻大大的赤海蝦刺身好甜美，咬落彈牙，還有油甘魚，吞拿魚，三文魚，玉子和帆立貝刺身，每樣都好新鮮加上日本米做的壽司飯，軟糯香滑，很好的一個日式午餐。
