To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鮮銀鱈魚 - 經過炙燒帶點油香
吞拿魚 - 從來不喜歡食,但呢個又唔錯喎,厚切又不會太肥/太瘦,剛好
深海池魚 - 爽口,但感覺唔太深刻
帆立貝 - 點粉紅岩鹽有提鮮作用,帶點檸檬香氣,好味
甜蝦 - 呢款真係好好食,面頭掃上一層用蝦頭蝦膏淆煮咗兩日嘅蝦汁,香甜濃郁好味道

表妹特意叫我試試刺身拼盤中的紫色小花,原來係紫蘇花,咬咬下會食到梅香,又幾得意喎~


▪前菜漬物
麵豉蒜頭、芝麻牛蒡、酸蘿蔔、酸薑
麵豉蒜頭好有驚喜,完全冇蒜頭嗰種重口味,反而好似食馬蹄咁爽脆清甜

每款定食都包括前菜、茶碗蒸、凍豆腐、麵豉湯、甜品,我哋叫咗3份定食,每樣都有3份😋


廚師發辦壽司13貫 $290
我掛住傾計又掛住食,中間有三件冇影到相,都唔記得係咩喇😁

蜜柑鯛 - 這種鯛魚從小食蜜柑飼料長大,所以肉質都會帶有蜜柑清香,味道唔錯
帆立貝 - 唔算特別鮮味,有少少失色
春子鯛 - 鯛的幼魚,肉質比之前食嘅蜜柑鯛嫩滑
油甘魚 - 配上柚子胡椒,辣味慢慢滲出嚟,咁配搭又幾好食

蟹肉軍艦 - 蟹肉撈埋蟹膏,味道好正,啖啖肉好滿足
穴子 - 海饅,上碟前炙燒一下再加饅魚汁,入口微暖肉質鬆軟好味
甜蝦 - 又係配上個香濃蝦汁,讚讚
香蔥吞拿魚軍艦 - 只食到滿口蔥味,而且食到呢件開始有啲膩

海膽軍艦 - 大愛呀,滿到瀉出嚟,凍冰冰感覺好似食雪糕咁,鮮味十足,真係好鬼正,為呢個廚師發辦壽司定食畫上完美句號~

最後仲有抹茶豆腐布甸同芝麻雪糕,布甸好好食,唔太甜又好香抹茶味🍵
