備註:先付款後用餐,午市任食75分鐘,用過的餐具及剩菜要自行放到指定收集箱 香港近年素食成風,除宗教原因外還有健康及環保概念。最先以自助餐及新派素食形式打破傳統五色齌及炒清菜的食肆可算是「無肉食」了。首間「無肉食」於2015年7月在炮台山港鐵站附近開張,至今已擴展到三家分店。餐廳老闆阿邦非常年輕,自己體會過素食的好處後,就決定開辦這間餐廳,希望更多人知道素食選擇可以好豐富、有好多變化。食材方面以天然瓜菜為主,全無色素、無葱蒜,餐單日日不同,熱盤有各式炒粉麵、豆腐、番薯、番茄炒蛋、糕點包點等,另有粥品、湯品、白飯任裝,晚市的食物則更為精緻,會供應點心、蒸餃、糖水等。入店後先付款,由服務生安排座位後跟著可以自由選擇食物,有沙律、涼拌、熱盤、炒飯炒麵、老火湯及甜品,自助醬料和飲品,非常豐富。店家不用即棄餐具及鼓勵食客只用一套餐具,整體可減少用水清潔食具,為環保盡一份力,用餐後餐廳要求每位客人自行將餐具分別擺放入不同回收箱,廚餘亦要分開處理。 午市素食自助餐 11:30am-3:30pm (星期一至五HK$68/星期六日及假期 HK$78)晚市素食自助餐 6:00pm-10:00pm
