To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 朋友喺外國返嚟想食燒肉,聽聞牛角唔錯就嚟試下。但今日年三十午市已經好多人,等左40幾張枱大概45 mins終於入得去。餐廳採用自動化system叫野食,用平板點食物有埋圖片睇都幾方便,而且操作簡單。 Menu 嘅定食有唔同嘅配搭組合,有平有貴,可以按喜好揀兩款肉。我自己就叫咗燒肉定食A餐,揀咗牛舌同腹胸肉兩款肉類,套餐包埋迷你沙律、白飯、麵鼓湯同一杯野飲($95)。雖然牛舌腹胸肉都(林)身,有牛肉香味,但個人覺得肉類份量偏小,唔夠送飯。朋友就叫咗個牛肋肉四品盛合($149),價錢貴啲當然係多啲牛肉多啲種類選擇。不過試過幾款牛肉之後其實覺得款款牛肉都差唔多。枱頭有三款點肉嘅醬, 分別係燒肉汁、辣醬以及鹽蒜醬。鹽蒜醬點牛肉好夾,辣醬就麻麻地。衛生方面,餐廳有提供兩款鉗夾生同屬熟嘅食物。午市平平地想食燒肉$100以下都可以有找,不過肉份量就真係唔夠。要食多d唯有揀貴啲嘅套餐。
