To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在荔枝⻆上班的朋友推介這間小廚給我，今天終於來試試。這裡環境一般，雖然有很多座，但午飯時間當然座無虛席。食客需要自行找座位。等了大概十五分鐘終於找到了。這裡的菜色以家常便飯為主，如蒸肉餅 ，水蛋，炒菜等等。我點了蒸金銀蛋配飯。蒸金銀蛋老實說，蒸蛋不夠滑，蒸得有點點過火。不過味道不錯，吃得到蛋味，豉油不算太咸，恰到好處，送飯一流。可惜皮蛋幾乎找不到，希望可改善。這裡人手明顯不夠，員工忙過不停，找人來點單需花一些時間，但可體諒的。員工態度仍十分友善，值得一讚。雖然食物不算很出眾，但工廠區午市來說，算是很不錯，還會再來。
