To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這次是我第一次在Open Rice寫合評,就係荔枝角奇華小廚已經幫襯過拾幾年係我哋午餐飯堂,這裡食物都o k價錢在荔枝角區都算貴,近兩年已減小去飯堂午飯,其中最主要原因,就係嚟咗一個所謂中年樓面男主管,這個人服務態度甚差,每次我哋差唔多午飯時間到來幫襯,堂上都有許多吉枱,佢每次都要大大聲問客要人齊先俾位,仲話佢依到係吾俾人霸位態度甚惡劣,香港飲食業有今日真係多得佢依D人,我哋吃完今次都會無下次未坐埋位已就氣,除非呢一個人不在這裡做。後話→ (有f d報料話我哋知原來嗰個所謂嘅主管在荔枝角名聲都響(服務態度),佢在同區另一間茶餐廳(紅米)做咗一排,都係服務勁差,常常得失客人及佢啲同事!) continue reading

小人向來都以為奇華只是一家餅家,卻原來在餅店旁開有一家食店。這天的午餐,就在同事引領之下到了他的飯堂。本乾炒牛河控去到任何餐廳都最喜歡試它們的牛河。這碟牛河炒得有鑊氣,油份不算多,卻還是滑潤不乾。河粉條條分明,調味恰好。牛肉塊軟嫩,而爽口的芽菜及散發著清香的韮王亦配合得和諧。同事說這裡的燒味值得一試,所以要了切雞飯。雞肉果然細滑,雞皮緊致,而且雞味甚濃。蔥油不會過鹹,用來蘸點雞件更加惹味!飯的質數亦不差,夠熱帶飯香。這兒不難成為小人的新飯堂之一! continue reading

唔係講笑,剛好經過先知原來奇華有茶餐廳,但由於係工廈內既餐廳,都會貼有「只係招待本大廈員工」,當你大搖大擺咁行入去,通常啲員工都會問你:「幾位?食啲咩?」🤣 絕對唔會問你:「係咪大廈員工?」回歸正題,黎到呢間茶餐廳,剛好到下午茶時段,款式種類都算多,有中式炒粉麵飯餐、燒味麵餐、茶餐廳麵餐同西式下午茶,而我今次叫左個「蜜汁燒雞脾米粉(雞湯)」+ 熱杏霜。雞髀好食,上碟時係室溫溫度,所以要浸落熱辣辣既雞湯上,可惜個湯味道不濃,但以$42個餐連埋飲品,確實對得住個價錢。至於店員方面,整體都算唔錯,茶餐廳都好難見到個個員工對你笑笑口,但大部分都好有禮貌,有個好醒目見我想去拎水,好快咁即刻問我要乜,服務算係唔錯。 continue reading

平時多數嚟食佢嘅午餐,今日早咗就第一次試吓佢哋嘅早餐,早餐$33起係荔枝角,應該唔係最平,不過係合理價⋯我叫咗雪菜肉絲米粉,湯真係有D淡,最緊要係唔熱,呢個真係扣分;米粉亦都有小小煮得唔太熟,但如果好鐘意有趙口,可能會喜歡,不過就唔係我杯茶,雪菜好凍,應該都係因為煮得唔夠所致⋯唯一可取反而係件多士,因為感覺到有熱力,檸檬茶都唔差,好有茶味⋯ #荔枝角 #奇華小廚 continue reading

黎到一間茶餐廳style的餐廳,咪叫茶餐廳一定有既豉椒火腩飯黎到變左豆腐火腩飯,同侍應講黎錯左個女侍應指住張餐牌,態度奇差地話冇架wor冇豉椒火腩飯,得豆腐火腩飯我就話可唔可以同廚房講,都係d汁林落去,應該做到之後女侍應更串地話”唔洗問架啦,冇架!我地跟餐牌做野架咋,甘點呀依家?冇架啦,你想點呀?”再轉過頭,真係有碟豉椒火腩飯出黎個侍應係咪有事,同佢講返話廚房比到佢就繼續態度差甘改返張單 continue reading
