To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 非常喜歡吃羊腩煲,今天見到牛奶冰室有羊腩套餐,所以試一試餐廳採取自助點餐形式,由於人太多點餐後少少等了10分鐘才上菜。羊腩餐配白飯加一杯熱熱飲$68 羊腩份量都算十足,一個套羊腩飯起碼有六件羊腩,羊腩沒有骨,所以啖啖肉非常好吃,醬汁味道充滿羊酥味同比較杰身。牛奶冰室的羊腩是比較重羊酥味的那一款,除咗羊腩外還有枝竹紅蘿蔔和馬蹄。馬蹄非常爽脆和清甜略嫌枝竹唔夠入味。牛奶冰室的熱檸水很獨特,因為是沒有檸檬的檸檬水,所以味道我覺得比較酸,個人比較喜歡平日有檸檬的檸檬水以這個價錢可以吃到羊腩也不錯。
