To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 未入口已經聞到那濃郁的香氣,令人唾唌。
碗內是滿滿的材料,鮮甜的雞湯配上嫩滑的雞,海螺不吝嗇的大大粒,鮮味不足,一流!

先講豬腩肉,一口咬下去肥肉確確實實肥而不膩,在口中慢慢溶化,真正入口即溶的口感,半點肥膩感都沒有。
友人知道我平時不食肥肉,但這肥肉卻令我抗拒不了,滋味的清個一乾二淨。

再說鵝掌,滑溜溜軟腍腍,鮑汁味道濃郁,啖啖膠質,每一口都在心底暗暗歡呼!

每人四件點心: 兩件炸蝦卷,一件燒賣和一件魚蓉燒賣
我們最期待最想試的點心反倒令我們失望了🥺
先說蝦卷,脆卜卜的外皮和份量十足的鮮蝦,鮮蝦鮮甜,嫩滑多肉,好食

燒賣出奇地口感只是一般,而那魚肉燒賣口感非常實淨,口感偏硬,加上燒賣不夠熱,頗失望。

這碟叉燒伊麵和點心拼盤差不多時間上枱,吃完點心再品嚐這伊麵時,麵已凍掉了💨,未能在最佳時間熱騰騰時享受,少少可惜

☝🏻不能少看這煎蛋🍳,難得煎得脆口卻完全不油!不過叉燒是瘦叉燒,還要是瘦得沒半點肥肉那種,口感偏硬稍嫌太干淨淨。

今日的甜品是不常見的花生麥米粥,非常港式懷舊的甜品。今日其實是我第一次食。
餐廳細心的在上枱前在煮熱這碗甜品,熱騰騰上枱,入口暖立立,值得一讚餐廳的用心
入口甜甜的,質感黏稠咬落帶有煙韌口感。越食越滋味,這甜品為這午餐畫上完美句號!
