To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 是日與家人到沙嗲皇食午餐，都算多座位所以我們選了一個卡位去坐。睇下餐牌有咩食，結果叫左以下食品：白咖哩豬扒飯，泰式酸辣鱸魚，石鍋x o醬蘿蔔糕。白咖哩豬扒飯-個咖哩汁都幾香口，豬扒肉質唔錯。泰式酸辣鱸魚-新菜單所以試不過個味道就覺得一般了，半條魚肉質你正常。加埋個飯加多5蚊。石鍋xo醬蘿蔔糕-雖然油左少少了，不過石鍋夠熱夠晒香口。
