To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得與好姊妹行德福廣場,一場下午茶是女生們指定動作啦!休閒式的茶木館是一個不錯的選擇啦,食物種類多元化~半開放式的的餐廳好吸精呀,即使是4-5點人流依然近滿座狀態!但我們也很快就座~1.酥炸雞排麵($68)主打鮮濃牛肉湯底的手作麵,一上枱就是一陣牛肉清香,而麵是較一般麵條粗,食下去較有咬口,配上牛肉湯上的芫茜、酸菜、蔥(前提系您要食得這些配料,),令我大口又大口地食炸雞排是鬆脆無比,就是炸粉多了少許,配食牛肉麵的口感甚為一致~2.綜合水果茶($38)色彩鮮艷的水果汁(似是檸檬、橙+西柚的汁底),加上多元化的水果肉粒(青檸、干梅、藍梅、士多啤梨、火龍果等),令整杯的水果味不但有檸檬的酸,更加入了一股清流,還有水果肉食!如果怕食油炸物的美女們就一定要叫杯啦~保證你身心清涼無比!
