中午路過Louise，正好最近一直念叨想吃它家，一問正好有位置。可能是最近疫情的原因吧，午市人不多。午餐套餐可選兩道或者三道，價格分別是398和498。頭盤的smoked egg with potato, chorizo, buckwheat. 這道無需多說了是我的最愛，土豆泥和溫泉蛋液混合的綿密絲滑口感，再搭配chorizo香腸的咸香，每次吃都欣喜不已。再吃過odette的原版後，我甚至覺得這裡的味道更盛一籌。Chestnut and ceps veloute with foie gras and ceps nougatine. 栗子蘑菇天鵝絨湯搭配鵝肝。湯體並不厚重，但味道十分濃郁，加上小塊鵝肝的搭配，十分喜歡。meuniere meagre filet with buttered cabage with pork feet and red wine sauce. 紅酒醬汁魚柳，這道相對比較平淡，醬汁濃郁，魚柳質地口感並無功過，但大中午我很少吃的如此heavy。Mille feuille with salted caramel ice cream and caramelised p
