To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間扒房，一直都係to eat list，終於有機會試😍雖然今次係食午餐，但係份量一點也不少三道菜午餐，首先有3款麵包供你選擇，法包，蒜蓉包，洋蔥包，我選了其中兩款，最好食係蒜蓉包，蒜蓉味超濃郁，強力推介。洋蔥包相對地淡味一點，但係都食到一絲絲洋蔥，真材實料👍第一道菜可以選頭盤車或者龍蝦湯，我選了頭盤車，因為實在太吸引，共有18款可以選擇，味道都很出色，十分滿足😍主菜選了燒牛肋骨肉，原來係好大份👍差不多是兩人份量🤣至於甜品，又有甜品車可以選擇，共有6款蛋糕，全部都好想試🤣可惜肚子位置有限最後加杯凍檸茶，幫助消化☺️午餐的份量已經非常滿足，我想下一次再來吃午餐已經足夠🤣

第一道菜可以選頭盤車或者龍蝦湯，我選了頭盤車，因為實在太吸引，共有18款可以選擇，味道都很出色，十分滿足😍

主菜選了燒牛肋骨肉，原來係好大份👍差不多是兩人份量🤣

至於甜品，又有甜品車可以選擇，共有6款蛋糕，全部都好想試🤣可惜肚子位置有限

最後加杯凍檸茶，幫助消化☺️

午餐的份量已經非常滿足，我想下一次再來吃午餐已經足夠🤣
