To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午在歌和老街體育館打完波，去左又一城商場。成3點3下午茶時間了，黎到千両，佢地都仲係午餐餐牌，原來無下午茶餐牌。而餐廳相對黎講就無午餐咁多人，可以輕輕鬆鬆歎番下。佢地個set lunch餐牌係咁既：我就點左一個炙燒壽司·蕎麥麵定食（D）。壽司有4件，鰻魚、赤蝦、三文魚，仲有一件我唔識既魚。😆😆當然仲有蕎麥麵同埋一條兩件既炸蝦天婦羅、蕃薯餅。開胃小食就係粟米生菜車厘子沙津。整體呢個定食，都好豐富，好味，好滿足。埋單$107.8
