To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午餐很多人,等了半個鐘有多,等的中途會叫你落定單,咁入去坐的時候好快就有得食。所以最好乖乖企响度等,唔好走開。2個人,點了火車頭湯河和碳燒香茅豬扒飯,一杯零水一杯零茶。火車頭湯河ok, 牛肉都幾好味,湯不太油,粉厚身但都ok滑,幾大碗。小心落辣椒後都幾辣。碳燒香茅豬扒飯十分好味,豬扒的香茅味不濃,但就夠淋夠野味,白飯粒粒分明軟硬適中。食完會想再encore!不過可能人太多,食完等左陣都未上餐飲,同職員講左之後.....都要等好耐重俾左2杯熱零水,不過都無所謂拿拿臨飲完走人,因為重有好多人等位。
