朋友話法國靚仔artist黃長興係尖沙咀開左間法國餐廳,想去遇靚仔試新野。4個女仔lunch本來諗住叫4樣可以share,點知清一色被佢地既牛吸引住牛一:Steak Frites 8oz $188手掌🖐️咁大既炭燒腹肉牛扒,厚切,食落啖啖肉好滿足。平時中意食生少少既牛,今次主廚建議7成熟,咁又試下原汁原味先。點知又真係燒到岩岩好,無咩血水,肉又唔韌,正牛二:Dry Aged Burger $168第一啖咬過去就覺得d肉好香,同出面既漢堡唔好,呢個juicy得黎好香、唔油唔膩。漢堡包平平貴貴都試過,但dry Aged beef真係第一次。心諗:gimmick野嚇我唔到既,點知上網一search,原來係正宗法式乾櫃熟成整法,風乾都要30日。呢個價錢,咁既手工,咁既味道,真係...抵到爛啦😂🤫由於係lunch set,當然有咖啡奶茶餐湯沙律揀啦!另外,我地仲每人跟餐加多左一份生蠔,一份三隻,三種味道個人喜愛:由左至右,123。因為本人比較中意酸,而最右邊係蛋白配煙肉,我就麻麻啦!整體生蠔都好新鮮,偷望到師傅係即order即開,午市咁忙都肯咁做,值得讚整體成餐都好滿意,會有下次。唯獨今次見唔到帥
