To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日下午我們想吃清淡一點，決定來譚仔吃碗米線(不是譚仔三哥)。我點了清湯腐皮米線，吃了這麼多次依然保持水準，腐皮做得很滑很滑，清湯很有味道。另一碗點了墨魚丸10小辣米線，墨魚丸很有雪藏味，口感太淋。這家分店十分寬躺，但是冷氣有點不足。值得讚的地方是轉了紙飲筒。後記：吃完墨魚丸米線肚屙🤭
