To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去九龍灣搵朋友食午飯，知我素食，好細心的男孩帶我去企業廣場吃素。小小店舖，只可容納十多顧客，位置比較緊密，勝在有高高的透明膠板隔開食客，傾偈都好容易溝通，唔會阻住人。流轉快，午市時間只需等幾分鐘就可以入座。老闆娘好好心機，服務質素十分好。我點了午餐F，朋友點了午餐E。先來一碗真材實料的南瓜🎃湯🥣，滿滿南瓜蓉加入了金針菇🍄，口感充實。主菜田園蔬菜🥬沙律🥗配碎果仁黑醋汁。另加芝士多士。沙律菜新鮮爽脆，果仁香脆可口，黒醋汁甜酸適中。吃了一半已經覺得好飽。朋友的主菜係日式芝蔴汁牛蒡絲素雞絲冷麵🍜，食材好新鮮豐富。男孩子也吃了一半已經飽。以呢個價錢真係平到笑，絕對超值 👍🏻👍🏻
