To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午餐連晚飯 靠一碟東江雞碟頭飯

一直工作到五點，終於可以放MEAL BREAK，求其搵間靜靜地嘅餐廳食碟飯。咁啱見呢到無乜人，應該都好快有得食。見午餐又係例牌嘅蒸餸，呢個時間叫應該都反蒸N轉喇。好睬話仲有東江雞飯，咁就要佢喇，有D保證呱。好睬碟東江雞都唔差，一上檯都睇得下。份量可以話正常。雞嘅味道一般，勝在肉質滑。呢碟雞唔太肥，仲可以食到啖啖肉。加埋碗飯，半個鐘內完全晒，可以話滿足咗個胃先，停咗打鼓先。可以慢慢、靜靜地享受埋杯奶茶，之後返去完全埋餘下工作。
