To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

11月4日, 星期六, 和暖黃金海岸酒店的星馬菜館, 四條友, 食左~~~肉骨茶 (馬來西亞板本) 偏深色的茶湯, 有排骨有杞子,  藥材味偏重, 有跟油炸鬼. 排骨鬆化離骨, 宜醮黑醬油, 辣醬  肉骨茶 (新加坡板本)  較淺色的茶湯, 胡椒味較重, 典型新加坡風味串燒 賣相正宗, 雞牛豬味道差異不大, 沙嗲醬好香, 係缺少左炭香喇沙  新加坡路線, 湯色較橙, 椰汁味偏重, 麵底不是參參, 配料有魚旦, 魚片, 豆卜, 雞蛋, 好充足環境舒適.  綠意盎然.  食物正宗.
